Marion Morreale Deutscher, 87, formerly of Lawrenceville, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at The Chelsea of East Brunswick.
Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a longtime resident of Lawrenceville before moving to East Brunswick. Marion was a 1946 graduate of Hamilton High School. She then began working at Kramer Trenton Company, where she met her husband Alfred Deutscher. After being a homemaker for many years, Marion joined the Lawrence Township Public Schools as a secretary in the music and media departments. She thoroughly enjoyed her time at the school until her retirement in 1991 and has since spent her most cherished time with family, especially her three loving grandsons.
Daughter of the late Charles and Constance Morreale; sister of the late John Morreale and Antoinette Dorothy Morreale; daughter-in-law of the late Annie and Jakob Deutscher; sister-in-law of the late Sylvia Morreale, and Edith and Frank Kemeny; wife of the late Alfred Deutscher; she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Linda and Michael Katz; three grandsons Jacob, Benjamin and Zachary Katz; two brothers and one sister-in-law Charles Morreale and Salvatore and Marion Morreale; many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered for Marion at 11AM on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at The Church of St. Ann 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
Entombment will follow at Greenwood Mausoleum, Hamilton, NJ.
Relatives and friends can call on Thursday morning from 10 to11AM in the daily chapel at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Grace Hospice 105 Fieldcrest Ave, Suite 402 Edison NJ 08837 or to The Church of St. Ann 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648
