Jean A. Wisniewski, 98, of Lawrenceville passed away peacefully at home on Saturday surrounded by her family.
Born in Lawrenceville Jean was a lifelong resident. She was employed by Trenton Pottery for over 30 years and then went on to be employed by Trenton Psychiatric Hospital for many years before retiring.
Daughter of the late Ranieri and Annina Santabone Scurti, wife of the late Chester R. Wisniewski and sister of the late, Julia D’Amico and Mary Ferrara; Jean is survived by her daughter, Joan Carlin Jolly; her granddaughter, Susan J. Snook and husband Thomas R; three great-grandsons, Brian E. Harkness and wife Rebecca, Jeffrey T. Harkness and Thomas R. Snook, II; a great-great granddaughter, Emma Harkness and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Jean will be held on Friday beginning at 10:30 AM at Poulson & van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM at the Church of St. Ann. Burial will follow in the Ewing Church Cemetery.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
