Margaret “Peg” V. Nadler, 87, of West Caldwell, formerly of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully on Sunday at the Crane’s Mill Health Center in West Caldwell, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, New York Peg was a resident of Lawrenceville for 51 years prior to her move to West Caldwell in 2014. She was a retired sales clerk having worked for the Abraham & Strauss and Dunhams Department Stores for many years. Peg was a long time member of the Church of St. Ann and was a volunteer at the Morris Hall Gift Shop for many years. She also belonged to the Lawrence Township Seniors Club # 1 and #5. Daughter of the late John and Margaret Smiddy Goldsbury, wife of the late Joseph T. Nadler and sister of the late Thomas, John, William and Joseph Goldsbury she is survived by her five children; Joseph G. Nadler and his wife Denise, Joyce A. Koles and her husband Rich, James G. Nadler and his wife Carole, Bernadette Schirra and her husband Jerry and Gail Lissandrello and her husband Chris. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Peg will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 beginning at 10 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Church of St. Ann. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceville Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Sunday from 3:30 to 6:30 PM at the funeral home. Memorial services will also be held on Saturday at 11 AM at Crane’s Mill Senior Living Center, 459 Passiac Ave., West Caldwell, NJ 07006 Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Rd., Lawrenceville, NJ 08648
