Obituary of Leonard Azarowicz

HAMILTON – Leonard F. Azarowicz, 84, of Hamilton passed away peacefully at Arcadia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hamilton, N.J. on September 3. Born in Trenton, Leonard was a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Trenton High School in 1947 and was part of the soccer team that won the Group IV NJ Championship that year. He was in the printing trade most of his life. With a partnership, he established Spruce Printing Company. He also worked for Trenton area print shops and for the Trentonian newspaper. He served in the Army from 1952-1954 and is a member of A.L. Post 458. Son of the late Frank and Stella Azarowicz and father of the late Nancy Azarowicz, Leonard is survived by his wife of 60 years, Constance Azarowicz; his children, Janice Meighan and her husband, Kevin; Karen Krainski, Cindy Donnell and her husband, Jan; Joyce Martorelli; Gary Azarowicz; Jim Azarowicz and his wife, Laura; and his sister Doris Kwiatkowski and brother-in-law, Theodore; and his grandchildren, Timothy and Jennifer Meighan; Mark and Andrew Donnell; Emily and Joshua Martorelli; Jake, Nathan and Lane Azarowicz; and Aidan Azarowicz. Funeral services and interment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
