Harry A. Klein, Jr., 88, of Ewing died peacefully on Thursday at CareOne at Ewing.
Born in Trenton, Harry was a resident of Ewing for the past 55 years. He retired from the Eaton Corporation of Trenton after many years of service.
Harry was one of the founding members of the Bethany Lutheran Church and served as an Elder and was a member of the choir. He also was a member of the Lutheran Layman League.
An Army veteran of WW II, Harry served in Northern France and the Rhineland and was a Purple Heart recipient.
Son of the late Harry Klein Sr. and Alberta Nayler Klein and husband of the late Mildred E. Klein, he is survived by his pastor and a host of friends.
Funeral services for Harry will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at his beloved church, Bethany Lutheran Church, 1125 Parkside Ave., Ewing with the Rev. Fred H. Gerlach, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Trenton.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until time of services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethany Lutheran Church.
