Obituary of Genevieve Jean Krzewinski

Genevieve (Jean) L. Krzewinski, 90, of Lawrenceville, died peacefully early Easter morning at St. Joseph’s Skilled Nursing Unit at Morris Hall. She was a gracious lady with a warm smile, totally devoted to her family. Born in Trenton, she resided in Lawrenceville most of her life. Daughter of the late Izidor and Mary Kysielewski Leszczynski, and sister of the late Stanley, Andrew and Edward Leszczynski and Mary Borden, and wife of sixty-one years to the late Henry R. Krzewinski, She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Maryann and Joseph Bielamowicz, and a son Henry G. Krzewinski. Also surviving are grandchildren Stephen and Suzanne Bielamowicz, Paul and James Krzewinski, and Joanna Nice and her husband Greg, a great grandson Calvin James Nice, two sisters-in-law Geraldine and Rose Leszczynski, and many nieces and nephews. Genevieve retired from Heinemann Electric formerly of Trenton and Lawrenceville. She was a lifelong parishioner of St. Hedwig Church where she was married and celebrated her fiftieth wedding anniversary. She was a member of the Lawrence Township Senior Citizens Club. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 AM from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at St. Hedwig Church in Trenton. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum in Hamilton Township. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Genevieve’s memory be made to the Staff Appreciation Fund or to the Resident Activities Fund C/O Morris Hall, 1 Bishop’s Way, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
