I cannot be there this morning! I am sorry. I am gazing out at the snow coming down thinking this is the perfect day for Gary to be laid to rest. He deserves mother natures statement of him today. My heart and faith makes me beleive that Gary left this life the day he passed on. His spirit has already risen and is gazing upon everyone today. His body will be laid to rest but his body was just the shell of the man he was. His spirit will never rest. It will be in his son and daughter in law. In the life of his grandson as he grows up. In his sisters daily life. In the pool hall, the cigar shop, The pizza shop and on the next fishing trip. He will be in the hearts and minds of everyone who loved him. He will live forever as all those do who lived a life worthy of that love. God grant him your good grace as he shares the next chapter of his life with those who have passed before him.

I met Gary about 23 years ago. He was the best friend of my estranged husband Orin. My memories of Gary are simple! Gary lived his life the way he wanted to all the time to the fullest. For me he was special because he never passed judgement on me for how I lived my life! While always being the best friend of Orin even during difficult married times for Orin and myself, he never once made me feel not worthy of his friendship as well. Gary will be deeply missed and always remembered as a man I respected, loved to listen to and laugh with! If we all lived our life that way we would all be better people! Thanks to Gary for leaving that mark on me.

Gary,
Never forget the memories growing up in Weber Park, Steve's Steakhouse with the juke box blasting, riding the circuit downtown, shooting a zillion games of pool. You are a good man Bro, God be with you and rest in peace

Linda,I am so heartfully sorry for the lost of your brother Gary. I had the pleasure of meeting him when he was himself and healthy. Always remember he will forever live in your hearts and memories will never fade of him. He is no longer suffering and is home at last safe, free of all pain and sorrow,
and with our Lord Jesus Christ. God Bless you all, and may Gary may you rest in peace.
