Obituary of John R Slavkovsky

John R. Slavkovsky Jr., 53, of Lawrenceville, died Tuesday at home. He was born in Trenton and formerly resided in Milltown. John was formerly employed by Rutgers University and WDLS in New Brunswick as a telemarketer. He was a graduate of Cook College at Rutgers University and a member of the Cook College Alumni Association. Son of the late John R. Slavkovsky Sr. and brother of the late Judith A, Slavkovsky, he is survived by his mother Eileen Myers Slavkovsky, two brothers James T. and Jeffrey C. Slavkovsky and a niece Leslie Giovacchini and a nephew L. Steven Giovacchini. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 AM at the Church of St. Ann in Lawrenceville. Family and friends may call on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road Lawrenceville. Entombment will be private at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery Mausoleum in Hamilton.
