Obituary of Mary Ann Russell Nester

Mary Ann Russell Nester, 49, of Lawrenceville died Friday at home. Born in Trenton, she was an area resident most of her life. She attended St. Hedwig Catholic School, and graduated from Notre Dame High School and Camden County College. Mary Ann was a paramedic and an EMT for Lawrence Township, Capital Health in Trenton, TEMS of Trenton, and Invalid Coach of Lawrenceville. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to all of their special friends for their many acts of kindness and support throughout Mary Ann's illness. Daughter of the late Lawrence Heller, she is survived by her husband William ""Campy"" Nester, III, her mother, Lucy Piwowrczyk Heller, her grandson, ""The apple of her eye,"" Gage Sitko, her brothers; Ziggy Milewski, and Marvin Heller, and her best friends; Hambone, Sheba and Max. Mary Ann's funeral will be held on Monday at 9 AM from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at the Church of St. Ann, Lawrenceville. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceville Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM at the funeral home.
