Lynn our thoughts, prayers and love go out to you and your family. Doc was one in a million. He was a gentile man (although there were times I teased him about causing pain), a good fisherman (we were so happy that he was in the tournament this year) and above all a great friend!!!!
He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
Lynn please if there is anything we can do just call.

Dear Lynn,
I was heartbroken to hear of the passing of Dr. Bob when I phoned the office. For 15 years, I've limped up the walk to the comfort of your home for his healing touch and entertaining rousing on local politics. I can't express how saddened I am not to have him to say give it a few days....and of course, I rarely would. He was a gem of a man who deeply cared and was deeply care for. I'm so very sorry.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Lynn.
The first time I called Dr. Wittenborn, I was terrified of chiropractors, but nothing else worked. I spent several minutes grilling him about his techniques and asking him if he was absolutely sure that he would not leave me more crippled than I already was. Although he must have been quite bemused by this, he was very professional and reassured me that his technique was very gentle.
After my first visit, I was hooked!
Over the years, I would come to him in terrible pain and leave feeling so much better. On a couple of occasions, I was carried in and was able to walk out! No matter how busy he was, he always made time for me, if he possibly could. A few times, I called him when he didn't have office hours. If he was around, he would always tell me to come over.
I also looked forward to our conversations while he was working on me. He always had an interesting story and I enjoyed hearing his views on life. And he was always intersted in what I was doing.
A few years ago, I told him he couldn't retire until I died. This is the only time he ever failed me.
Rest in peace, Dr. Wittenborn. I know you're in a better place.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Lynn. My condolences to the family.
The first time I called Dr. Wittenborn, I spend several minutes griling him about his techniques and asking him if he was sure he wouldn't leave me worse than he found me. Although he must have been quite bemused by this, he was very professional and assured me that his technique was very gently. After my first visit, I was hooked!
Over the years, there were many times I called on him for help. There were times when I was carried in to his office and walked out! I always thought he had golden hands.
Even when he was busy, he always made time for me when he could. On a few occasions, I called him when he didn't have office hours. If he was around, he always told me to come over.
Dr. Wittenborn had old-fashioned values, which included not leaving a patient alone or rushing through the visit. While he worked on me, he always had an interesting story. I enjoyed hearing his views on life, even when we had to agree to disagree. :)He was also interested in what I was doing.
In recent years, I told him he couldn't retire until I died. This was the only time he ever failed me.
Rest in peace, Dr. Wittenborn. I know you are being welcomed in Heaven.

Dr. Wittenborn was a man with a healing touch. I always went into his office in pain and came out feeling better. We enjoyed chatting and had quite a few chuckles along the way which also helped relieve pain in no small way. I shall miss him and pray that his soul rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with Lynn whom I knew and Rendi who went to school with my daughter Ariella. My sympathy for your loss to you and all your families. May G-d give you strength and comfort and peace.
