Obituary of Kevin Patrick Murdza

Kevin Patrick Murdza, 59, of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton

Born in Trenton, NJ, Kevin was a lifelong Trenton area resident.  He is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Class of 1982.  Kevin retired from the State of New Jersey Department of Labor.  He was an avid Miami Dolphins, Boston Bruins, Pittsburgh Pirates, Oakland A’s and Boston Celtics fan.

Son of the late Eugene and Patricia Murdza, brother of the late Gary Murdza, he is survived by his aunt Carol Szul, and his long-time companion Prudence Markulec.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 1:00PM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.

Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing Twp., NJ.

The visitation for Kevin will be held on Thursday morning from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at the funeral home. **Since Kevin was an avid sports fan and would want you to celebrate his life, the family is asking those in attendance to wear their favorite sports jersey in his memory.**
