Obituary of Rosalie Zajac Blicharz

Rosalie Zajac Blicharz, 92, of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Clover Meadow, Lawrenceville, NJ, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, NJ, she was a lifelong resident of Lawrence Twp. Rosalie was a graduate of Cathedral High School for Girls, Class of 1948. She is a retiree of Heinemann Electric after more than 35 years of dedicated service, where she was in production. Rosalie was a lifelong parishioner at St. Hedwig Church, and a member of the Altar Rosary Society as chairperson of the spiritual committee. Daughter of the late John and Julia Zajac, wife of the late Edward Blicharz, and mother of the late Robert Blicharz; she is survived by her brother and wife, Ron and Marion Zajac, sisters Ethel Tykarsky, and Sally Zajac; nieces Amy Karen Harter (Andrew), Deborah Zajac (Robert), Diane Cruz (Eric) and nephew Ted Tykarsky III (Lisa); great-nephew Ted Tykarsky, IV, great-niece Kayleigh Cruz. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday April 10, 2024 at 11:00AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638. Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing, NJ. The visitation will be held on Wednesday morning from 9-10:30AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.
