Professionally, he followed in his father’s footsteps and became an electrician for Billy Bennett and Son Electrical Contractors until 1979, when he began his career for Ewing Township, eventually becoming a construction official and the Director of the Code Enforcement Department. William also acted as Santa Clause during the Ewing Township tree lighting ceremony and the Prospect Heights Santa Ride for many years. He truly loved golfing with friends and watching the Eagles and Phillies during his spare time.
