I never imagined a world without Mr. Colavita. An icon, and incredible friend, he loved Mercer County and its residents so much. He and his family were incredible neighbors for nearly 50 years. We are all heartbroken, but also celebrate his life, and his journey into heaven.
Sincerely, the Patanella family.

I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I was fortunate to have met Pat through the Mercer County Sunshine Foundation where we volunteered for numerous Dreamlifts. He was a kind, considerate person who was a pleasure to be associated with. In addition, he was a big supporter of law enforcement in Mercer County. May God grant him eternal life and bring comfort to his family.

My deepest sympathy to Pat's family! I have known them through Lawrence swim club and then served on the Lawrence Township Board of Education with Pat! He was always willing to help anyone he could and was a great human being! I know he is sorely missed by those closest to him! I have fond memories of winning Jitter bug contests with him a few times! RIP and I know heaven has gained an angel! I can imagine you volunteering up in the clouds. Keep on smiling and dancing, See you on the other side one day! Hugs and love Marianne!

Dear Colavita Family,
Deepest sympathy from Mom and Dad on loss of Pasquale, the restaurant may of been passed on
To new tenants, but the memories of dinners, family dinners live on. He helped as a freeholder when
They needed LHEAP assistance as those without a pension and the proceeds from the sale never
Truly last forever unless you know how to invest them. Pat was dedicated alum of our Alma mater
Notre Dame, a dedicated Catholic usher of the 11 am Mass on Sundays. He will never be forgotten
By this family. Grazia, Grazia tanti, bona Fortuna in Heaven.
Love,
Pete Lieggi for Lieggi's Ewing Manor

Pat Colavita made the world a better place for many and left very large and loving footprints. When Pat entered a room he -brought joy and happiness. He embraced life to the fullest sharing this love of life with all his friends. He was a "Children First" advocate who made every child feel they were important. I had the pleasure and honor of working with Pat Colavita during his tenure on the Lawrence Twp Board of Education. He was the Game Changer" on the Board of Education. He set an example of visionary and problem solving leadership. The Lawrence Schools benefited in many important ways through his dynamic leadership. We are all better people by knowing Pat. God Bless one of the Best of the Best.
