Obituary of Boguslawa Niemirka

Boguslawa Niemirka, 81, of Bordentown, NJ, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022 with her family by her side at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Born in Grodek, Poland, she was a longtime resident of Yardville, NJ, before moving to Bordentown 25 years ago. Boguslawa is a retiree of Trane/American Standard, where she worked as on the Assembly Line. She was a lifelong parishioner at St. Hedwig Church. Boguslawa enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Daughter of the late Stanislaw and Benjamina Markowski, wife of the late Benjamin Niemirka; she is survived by her brother Joseph and Alina Markowski; her children and their spouses Hanna and Mariusz Chilicki, Daniel and Renata Niemirka, and Yolanta and Ireneusz Golik; her beloved grandchildren Justin, Brian, Samantha, Erika, and Julian; her goddaughters Michele Koch and Bozena Maksimiak, several cousins and family throughout the United States and Poland. The family wishes to thank Maria Pruszkowska for her help and support in caring for Mom during her illness. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638 Interment will be held at St. Hedwig Cemetery, Ewing. The viewing for Boguslawa will be held on Thursday morning from 9-11 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her memory to St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638.
