Obituary of Audrey A. Russin

Audrey Ann Russin, age 81, of Hamilton Township, NJ, entered into her eternal rest with God on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Serenity Hospice Care at RWJ of Hamilton, NJ. She was born in Wilkes-Barre PA, but resided most of her life in the Trenton/Hamilton Township area. Audrey was a graduate of Cathedral High School and a member of St. Raphael - Holy Angels Parish. She enjoyed cooking, traveling to Bermuda with her friends and family, The Price is Right, soap operas, her morning newspaper puzzles and most of all, spending time as “Mimi” with her grandchildren. Audrey’s career began as the Secretary to the Vice-Principal at Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville in 1957, and then later worked as the Receptionist at Francis William Hair Salon. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Stella Solack, her loving husband Robert John Russin, her sister Marcia Solack - Lorenz, and nephew Richard Solack. She is survived by her cherished sons and daughter, Robert J. Russin Jr. and his wife Erin of The Woodlands, TX; Christopher F. Russin and his wife Janet, of New Hope, PA; Adrienne Martin and her husband Ian of Bordentown NJ; her treasured grandsons, James Russin, Gavin Martin and Jack Russin; her devoted brother and sister, Francis Solack and his wife Denise and Joan Greenjak and her husband Joseph; and her loved nieces and nephews, Vanessa and Ed Smith, Max Zelenevich and Angel Irizarry. Graveside services will be held on Friday December 10, 2021 at 11:00AM at Ewing Church Cemetery, 100 Scotch Rd., Ewing, NJ 08628. Attendees are asked to arrive to the cemetery no later than 10:45AM. There will be no calling hours. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK), 72 Escher St. Trenton, NJ 08609.
