I'am so deeply saddened by this unexpected news. I very much looked forward to speaking with him. As a neighborhood child growing up a house away he made our Christmases and that of every child and family in the neighborhood all the more special! Always hoped to see the Capes Santa display one more time! A hero he was in so many ways! Extremely grateful I'am to have been his neighbor! Our deepest heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Capes, Cathy, Joe and families. So very sorry for your loss.
