I didn't have the opportunity to meet Mary, though I get a sense of her fun spirit and creative streak through her son, Jeffrey. Wishing all the family peace and hoping you take comfort in your fond memories.

I was so sorry to hear that your Mom passed away. There's an Italian saying, "Non piangere per il fatto che non ce piu, sorridi perche ci e stato". Translated, " Don't cry because she is no longer here, smile because she was". Rest in peace Aunt Mary.

I remember the DeMatteo Family with my family, way way back at the Whitehouse Little League field. It is amazing how time stands still when we look at those old memories. It has been so great reconnecting and making new memories with you, Keith (and Jeff I saw a few years back) as the years seem to fly on by. May you find peace in the passing of your mom, knowing she is finally with your dad again.
Thanks for sharing your mom with me growing up ...she had a great spirit (and a pretty high patience level). Praying for for you all and wish I could be there. Love you all.
