Obituary of Stefania Nawarynska

Stefania (Kożuchowska) Nawaryńska of Vero Beach, FL passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 79. Born in Poland, Stefania enjoyed gardening, crocheting, painting, and traveling. She loved spending time with family and friends, entertaining, and celebrating her Polish heritage. Stefania is lovingly remembered by her daughters Krystyna (Donald) Newberry and Kazimiera (Kevin) Karpel. She is also fondly remembered by her grandchildren Samuel Resnick, Vincent (Tina) Resnick, James Resnick, Corin Scioscia, Kaitlin Scioscia, Zachary Newberry, and Emily Nawaryńska, as well as three great-grandchildren Alaina, Allison, and Jonathan. Stefania will also be forever remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Marciń and Maria (Szozda) Kożuchowski, her brothers John and Walter, and her sister, Amelia. Stefania will be greatly missed as a kind, caring, loving, and beautiful Mother, Babcia, Ciocia, and friend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday morning at 11:00AM at St. Hedwig Church, 872 Brunswick Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08638. Reverend Dr. Cannon Jacek Labinski will officiate. Interment will be at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Częstochowa, 654 Ferry Rd., Doylestown, PA 18901. The visitation for Stefania will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 9-10AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
