Obituary of James Charles Cisney

James Charles Cisney, 77, passed away in Martinsville Virginia on February 13, 2021. Born in Princeton New Jersey, he was a resident of Lawrenceville before he retired to Virginia. He worked at Educational Testing Services for many years, and was a volunteer fireman for the Lawrenceville Fire Company. He is predeceased by his parents, Ethel and Alva B. Cisney, his wife Beverly Pelton Cisney, and his youngest daughter Holly Cisney. He is survived by his daughters, Patricia Cisney and Victoria Nielsen and her husband Michael Nielsen. Grandchildren Samantha and James Eisenhauer, Elizabeth and Christian Nielsen, Russell and John Reid Stackhouse and his Virginia family, the Lautenbachs. The viewing for James will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 10-11AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Funeral services will follow at 11AM. Interment will be held privately.
