Kaitlyn Taylor Markulec, infant daughter of Jeffrey and Kimberly Kirk Markulec, died Wednesday in Exeter, N.H.
She is also survived by her sister Kelsy P. Markulec, her paternal grandparents Michael and Maryann Markulec, her maternal grandfather Michael Kirk and his wife Colette, and her maternal grandmother Diane Kirk. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral will be held on Monday at 3 PM from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hamilton Township.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Kaitlyn's memory be made to the S.I.D.S. Network, P.O. Box 520 Ledyard, CT. 06339
