I met Brian in 7th grade. He was very bright and full of life. We became friends and played football together in high school. He was a natural and had an instinct to find the ball and make the play. He hit hard and never tired. Things came easy to Brian on the gridiron and in academics. He also had a great sense of humor. My prayers are with the Brady family.

My heart aches knowing that I will never see you come through the door, getting ready to celebrate a holiday, christening, graduation or just stopping by to enjoy the hills of Cornwall. I will always remember your weekly calls when I started the business and all the great advice you gave me. You gave me the courage when I was in doubt and for that I will be eternally grateful. Life through you some curve balls and I admired you for never giving up. Thank you for calling me on Friday and giving me one last chance to speak with you. I'm forever grateful.
Love to the moon and back and until we run together in those beautiful lavender fields again .

I had the distinct honor and pleasure of working with Brian at Dearborn Financial.
Brian worked in our Wall Street Office from 1999 - the fateful day on 9/11 and then was instrumental in our move to 1330 Ave of America’s until he left the company in 2004. I worked with Brian directly upon my return from the corporate HQ in Chicago to Wall Street, literally a month before 9/11. Needless to say, we would develop a special bond around 9/11 and the strength needed to get through the loss, which we never did, of 72 colleagues on 9/11. When I moved to Southern CA, Brian was gracious enough to serve as a groomsman in my wedding. He will be sorely missed and next Tuesday’s 9/11 Anniversary makes his unexpected death thus past weekend that much more heartbreaking.
My heart and prayers are forever with the family.
Sincerely,
Ty Humes

To the Brady Family-
I had the privilege of meeting and working with Brian in 2008. We spent two great years together. Although our relationship as colleagues was short lived, I gained an amazing friend that went way beyond our time on the desk together. Brian would routinely call me to check on me, my family, my job, my well being. He was a great friend and a great source of advice for me, regardless of the subject. Having three kids myself, younger than Brian’s 4 children, I’ve had many opportunities to listen to Brian on how to deal with certain situations that arise with kids. He was an incredibly kind man, one of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve come across, and hands down one of the funniest. I feel lucky that I had the chance to have a good 20 minute chat with him just last week, but like everyone today, I’d give the world to speak to him once more. If there is one thing I can take away from my fond memories of Brian, and attempt to emulate a great man in my own life, it would be the love he had for his family and children. He spoke so highly of his kids and was so proud of them. I can only hope I speak about my children the way Brian spoke of his. I will miss him dearly and will continue to pray for all of you during this terrible time. I yearn for the day when I think of Brian, the tear in my eye will instead be a smile on my face. I love u “Head of Ham”!!!
Sincerely
Kenny Jackson

Dearest Joanne & Family,
Loraine & I want you to know we will keep you all in our thoughts & prayers. We are shocked & saddend by the news. You both were such a huge, important part of our early days together, and your friendship was priceless. In fact, Brian was with me the day I bought Loraines engagement ring, and Jo, you were the first to see it. The memories are rushing back, we love you both very much, and God bless your kids and family.

Brian will always be special to me as one of the early supporters of my little business. Can you believe that he would physically bring young colleagues to my office who were looking for an engagement ring!
He was always mindful of special celebrations and loved buying fine jewelry for Joann on special occasions. It was never out of obligation but, rather, from a deeply rooted respect for tradition.
Brian always dealt with me with appreciation and kindness and I always looked forward to seeing him. I will never forget how important he was in helping me get started and taught me early on the value of trust and loyalty, which 23 years later remain a part of my foundation.
Thanks Brian for all of that. I will never forget you.

Too many awesome memories to list. I just know that I will remember BB for the amazing friend he was. He was always upbeat and positive. Great big smile and a twinkle in his eyes that lifted your spirit when around him. Life seemed simpler and less stressful in Brian's presence which is why so many were drawn to him. As close as we were, Brian had the ability to pick up when I was feeling a little anxious or uneasy and would ask "hey man, you okay? You sound a little down." Then he would, in a way only he could, make me feel a little better. We would laugh, say goodbye, and life was as lwsys better knowing my friend Brian was a call away. I will miss him dearly and will look forward to seeing him again when the time comes. One memory I'll never forget is being at MSG the night the Rangers won the Stanley Cup. Brian had gotten two tix for us seven rows off the ice. It was awesome!!! Funny because at one point we turned around to look at the crowd and about 10 rows behind us was Donald Trump and Melania. Brian and I laughed because we were closer to the ice than Mr. Trump. After the Rangers won, we strolled down 7th Ave. Right down the middle of it because the streets were closed due to the magnitude of the game. I'll never forget it, or you my friend. God bless, RIP, and keep on smiling down on us.
