Obituary of Raffaele DiMeglio

Raffaele (Ralph) DiMeglio, 82, of Lawrenceville died Wednesday, November 29, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Barano D’Ischia, Naples, Italy, he lived in Italy until he immigrated to America in 1956. He was the owner of Ralph DiMeglio Inc. – Gardening & Landscaping up until his retirement in 2015. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching soccer, making wine, taking trips to Atlantic City and the Parx Casino, attending to his garden, especially his fig and peach trees and most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Son of the late Domenico and Carmela DiMeglio; he is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Cristina DiMeglio; his son and daughter-in-law, Domenico and BethAnn DiMeglio; his daughter and son-in-law, Lucia and Marc Jammer; his grandchildren, Domenico & his wife Cara, Justin, Zachery, Antonio & Isabella and his great-grandson, Domenico. Seven siblings and their spouses, Mario DiMeglio, Luigi and Lina DiMeglio, Ida and Sante Adriani, Nancy DiMeglio, Anna and Emilio D’Abundo, Giorgio and Francesca DiMeglio, Frank and Carol DiMeglio and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will begin on Monday morning at 9AM at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00AM at The Church of Saint Ann, 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. Entombment will follow at Ewing Church Cemetery, Ewing Twp.
