I have so many fond memories of Joe from events at the VFW and the conventions in Wildwood. Joe was an all around loving, fun, kind-hearted man. He and Theresa were there for my family when my Mom passed away, and always called to see if we needed anything after Dad's surgeries. All that knew Joe suffer a great loss with the passing of such a genuine, great guy.
