Robert L. Cook, Sr. 79, of Ewing, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at The Medical Center at Princeton, Plainsboro, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ, Bob was a resident of Ewing Twp. for 50 years. He is a retiree of Royal Vending in Trenton, where he worked for many years. Bob was a parishioner at The Church of St. Ann. He was Past Grand Knight of Lawrence Council 7000 and a member of the Bishop Griffin Assembly 655. Some of his hobbies included cooking, gardening, trips to Atlantic City and spending quality time with his wife, children and grandchildren. Son of the late Leroy and Stephanie Cook; he is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Judith Cook; two sons and daughters-in-law Bob Jr. and Claudia Cook, Tom and Jennifer Cook; seven grandchildren Gabriella, Alexandra, Brianne, Savannah, Allison, Adam and Lydia; his brother Martin Cook; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 11:30AM The Church of St. Ann 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 086348. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ. Relatives and friends may call for Robert on Tuesday morning from 10-11:30AM at The Church of St. Ann. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Robert’s memory to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation 383 Main Avenue, 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851 or to The Church of St. Ann Faith Development Center 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
