Obituary of John James Wells

John James Wells, 78, of Ewing died Sunday, December 30 at home. Born in Trenton he was a resident of the city until moving to Ewing 5 years ago. John retired in 1996 after many years of service with General Electric in Trenton. He was a member of the The Improved Order of Red Men, the oldest fraternal organization in the U.S. Son of the late John H. and Mary Halcak Wells, he is survived by his brother, Edward Wells and his wife Elizabeth of Lawrenceville; his niece, Theresa Falzon and her husband Charles of Plainsboro; his nephews, Edward Wells, Jr. and his wife Ania of Chambersburg, PA and Eric Wells and his wife Ginger of Pennington; a great niece, Rachael Falzon and three great-nephews, Jon Falzone and Ian and Brent Wells. Friends and relatives may call on Monday from 9 to 11 AM at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. A graveside service will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery with the clergy of the Incarnation-St. James Parish officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in John’s name may be made to the Incarnation-St. James Parish, 1545 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ 08618.
