Obituary of Patricia Reynolds Megna

Patricia Reynolds Megna, 92, of Danbury CT, died on Friday at the Glen Hill Care and Rehabilitation Center in Danbury, CT. Born in Queens, NY she was a Lawrenceville resident most of her life before retiring with her late husband to Florida and most recently resided in Danbury, CT. Patricia graduated from Queens College and received her nursing degree at Misericordia School of Nursing. She was a private duty registered nurse, employed at Princeton Hospital, and a nurse at the Lawrenceville School Camp of which her late husband was the Director. Daughter of the late Thomas and Loretta Cunningham Reynolds, and wife of the late Edmund R. Megna, she is survived by her brother Jim Reynolds and his wife Isabelle. In addition she is survived by her four sons and daughters-in-law; Thomas and Lee Megna, Edmund and Phoebe Megna, Ron and Ann Megna, and Luke and Jean Megna, her eight grandchildren; Colin, Benjamin, Kate, Ashley, Lindsay, Charlie, Sammy, Claire Megna and her great grandchild Holden. Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 AM from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM at The Church of St. Ann, Lawrenceville. Burial will be in the Lawrenceville Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia’s name to the Lawrenceville School Camp c/o The Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville NJ.
