My condolences to Arthur Sypek, Jr., Judge Maria Sypek, and the entire Sypek family.
Sophie was a beautiful person and a cousin to my deceased mother, Mrs. Alice J. Minich, who died in 2006 at age 88. My mother is buried at St. Hedwig's cemetery, not too far from the Sypek site.
I'm so glad I called Sophie with Christmas greetings during the week before the 25th. She sounded well and expressed pride in the achievements of her son and daughter-in-law.
At this time I am also remembering Sophie's late husband, Arthur, and all he and his wife contributed to St. Hedwig's Church and the local community.
May their souls rest in peace.
